Each year the Singapore Yacht Show grows more significant on the international boat show calendar and has established itself as the principal marketing platform in Asia for the global yachting industry.
We are proud to have an increasingly impressive display of major boat brands and their local or regional dealers at the Show at each edition. In 2018, we welcomed over 100 examples of stunning sail and power yachts and watercraft of all shapes and sizes, with a record number of world or Asian premieres.
Over 15,000 visitors are expected to attend the Show in 2019, with almost 40% classified as C-Suite Executives and/or business owners. Singapore is strategically located right in the middle of ASEAN and exhibitors to the Show are well-positioned to connect with trade-buyers, retailers, importers and HNWIs who all come here to do business. And, with new opportunities to charter yachts right on their doorstep, more and more affluent people from this wealthy region are poised to take the plunge and join the yachting community – a huge boost to the industry here, big boats and small boats alike.
Take advantage of a number of unique opportunities at the Singapore Yacht Show:
The Singapore Yacht Show is proactive in promoting the yachting lifestyle in Asia, and this is a direct result of introducing the right clients to the right businesses. The reasons why visitors come to the Singapore Yacht Show are as varied as the range of products and services on display. The Show is laid out so that exhibitors, partners and visitors can easily navigate their way around, optimising and maximising their experience within a relaxed yet highly effective environment. Our jam-packed social calendar offers various opportunities for buyers and sellers to connect in sophisticated surroundings, both on-land and on-water, with events ranging from cocktail receptions to yacht parties, food tastings to live music.
This year is probably set to be a record year for us and I hope it’s a record year for the Show as well!
We’ve been completely overwhelmed since the Singapore Yacht Show with five yachts signed in a record breaking month. Looking forward to a series of handover parties.
