The 7th edition of Singapore Yacht Show was the best edition that Simpson Marine has ever had. The show is without doubt the right platform for the launch of new yachts and products and we are looking forward to 2018!

Leopard Catamarans has had an excellent Show, with two boats sold (so far), the Leopard 45 and the Leopard 48.

We met with potential clients, partners and media and did product demonstrations to show off SW Interactive and its benefits. The response was very positive and quite overwhelming and it is quite clear that the yachting industry understood how Virtual Reality is changing the game.

Serguei Beloussov, SW Interactive

There was a really good feel to the place, a great ambience, we’ve had a fantastic four days here at the Singapore Yacht Show – lots of interaction with show visitors. We’ve seen it growing every year and this is the biggest so far. The region needs a boat show, and this is the one.

We are extremely happy with SYS this year, attracting guests from across the region, and selling five boats throughout the weekend. Our booth had no downtime and we were overflowing from opening way past show closing every night

Choppy Tan, Azimut

A huge congratulations to the marina and the show organisers, SYS 2017 has exceeded our expectations. In terms of boat sales we have had stratospheric results, and have exceeded the number of sales from last year.

Polish catamaran builder Sunreef Yachts has signed an order for a Sunreef 60 Loft in the wake of the recent Singapore Yacht Show. The order was concluded with a client who attended the show. Sunreef held the global launch of its Supreme 68 in Singapore, which was one of the highlights of the show. The initial 20.7m (68ft) Supreme 68 was purchased by a first-time Singaporean owner who is using the new catamaran for charter work. Sunreef has made a good start with the new Supreme range, as five 68 models are in build – three sail and two motor.

Of the five orders, three have been placed by European owners and two by buyers from Dubai. The Supreme range will include Sunreef’s smallest model to date, the Supreme 44, along with a Supreme 56 and a 24.7m Supreme 81 model. Sunreef stated that the Supreme design was created to respond to a growing demand for more personalised, comfortable and technically advanced units and embodies a very specific philosophy of yacht creation.“The Sunreef Supreme is an audacious line of yachts and superyachts designed to become the world’s most comfortable and spacious range of lifestyle-oriented boats," says the company.

Daniel Au, owner of Eagle Yachting Lifestyles, told IBI at the Singapore show: “We were appointed as the dealer for Sunreef some months ago and we will cover the whole South East area including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei and Vietnam. Now we have a monohull with Sunseeker and a multihull with Sunreef, our next move might be to be a dealer for a toy.”
